Refund Policy

12. Refund Policy. All sales of grpVol are final. No refunds are given, in whole or in part, for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, trading losses, or not using the product.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they:

• have read the full grpVol guide;
• were offered the free one-hour trial;
• understand that all sales are final and no refunds are given;
• request immediate access and accept that they lose any right of withdrawal once access is granted.

Technical access problems (for example, the indicator not appearing on the buyer's account) will be fixed by re-granting access. This is not grounds for a refund.
