grpVol – Terms of Sale

1. Product. grpVol is a TradingView indicator that plots predicted daily high and low areas. A purchase gives the buyer lifetime access to the indicator on one TradingView account, the grpVol Academy course, the 21 notes, and all future updates.
2. Price. The price is $950 USD, paid once, unless a different payment arrangement was agreed in writing before payment.
3. The guide. Before buying, the buyer must read the full grpVol guide: https://go.fliplink.me/view/8FA9DCD3-0F4D-4614-828B-AEDF18E33AE7. By purchasing, the buyer confirms they have read it in full, including how the indicator works, its features, its limitations and the backtest at the end of the guide.
4. Free trial. A free one-hour trial is offered before purchase so the buyer can verify the core high/low prediction functionality on their own TradingView account. By purchasing, the buyer confirms they were offered this trial.
5. Delivery. Access is granted to the buyer's TradingView username, normally within 2 hours of payment being confirmed. Access is digital and is considered delivered once granted.
6. No refunds. All sales are final. See clause 12 (Refund Policy).
7. Immediate access and right of withdrawal. The buyer requests immediate access to the digital product and expressly acknowledges that, once access is granted, they lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, where such a right would otherwise apply.
8. No financial advice. grpVol is an analytical tool for educational and informational purposes. It is not financial advice, investment advice or a trading signal service. Past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. The buyer is solely responsible for their own trading decisions.
9. Licence. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, copying or reverse-engineering the indicator is prohibited, and access may be revoked without refund if this happens. The source code is not included.
10. Age. The buyer confirms they are 18 years of age or older.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
12. Refund Policy. All sales of grpVol are final. No refunds are given, in whole or in part, for any reason, including change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, trading losses, or not using the product.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they:
- have read the full grpVol guide;
- were offered the free one-hour trial;
- understand that all sales are final and no refunds are given;
- request immediate access and accept that they lose any right of withdrawal once access is granted.
Technical access problems (for example, the indicator not appearing on the buyer's account) will be fixed by re-granting access. This is not grounds for a refund.
